Oswalairtravels.com are not liable for any travel insurance claim rejection in case of incomplete documentation and supplier’s requirement. If clients miss the flight and thereby the tour then it would be completely non-refundable. There will not be any date change option. Oswalairtravels.com are not committing the time slot of the helicopter rides and if clients miss it then Oswalairtravels.com are not liable to pay clients back. Oswalairtravels.com  are fully committed to our customers to provide the best servicers but if the services mentioned in the vouchers are not provide by the suppliers then clients need to inform us immediately. Late information will not help clients and neither will be financially adjusted. If by mistake there is any loss of property of the service provider by the client then clients have to compensate them Oswalairtravels.com are not liable for the loss.
