In case of any natural calamity like flood, pandemic, earthquake etc. client’s trip is cancelled or postponed then if the service provider compensates us then Oswalairtravels.com will also compensate clients otherwise not. If for any unavoidable reasons the location and the hotel is changed then clients need to accept that. The picture shown on the Oswalairtravels.com websites and the actual scene may vary due to technological editing. Oswalairtravels.com will not be able to confirm any of the packages unless and until the payment is fully paid, no verbal assurances will be entertained. If the service provider (hotels) changes the room categories due to non-availability then Oswalairtravels.com will not be liable. In case the client is a part of group tours and if the group is incomplete then the trip may be cancelled and Oswalairtravels.com will refund the actual receivable amount. If clients are not agreeing to the refund policy and want to adjust with the next group tour then the difference price needs to be paid.  Oswalairtravels.com are not committing for early check inn and late check out. If due to clients own personal reason the package is missed or cancelled then Oswalairtravels.com  are not financially liable to pay clients .For extra bed only mattresses will be provided by the hotels. During high altitude travels AC of the vehicle will be off. Oswalairtravels.com will not be liable for any health related mishap if it is not disclosed beforehand. Oswalairtravels.com are not liable for any travel insurance claim rejection in case of incomplete documentation and supplier’s requirement. If clients miss the flight and thereby the tour then it would be completely non-refundable. There will not be any date change option. Oswalairtravels.com are not committing the time slot of the helicopter rides and if clients miss it then Oswalairtravels.com are not liable to pay clients back. Oswalairtravels.com  are fully committed to our customers to provide the best servicers but if the services mentioned in the vouchers are not provide by the suppliers then clients need to inform us immediately. Late information will not help clients and neither will be financially adjusted. If by mistake there is any loss of property of the service provider by the client then clients have to compensate them Oswalairtravels.com are not liable for the loss. If there is any room checks due to security reasons by the local administration or the hotel administrative authority then the clients cannot object to it. If the clients is caught with any disputes with the service provider then Oswalairtravels.com will not be able to travel outside Delhi for legal procedures but Oswalairtravels.com will fully support clients as far possible. .If clients have any complaints please do inform our legal team or senior authority at least ten working days before the complaint filling day.
